Steps in having the perfect abs and booty

Being a bombshell is not an easy task. It takes a lot of hard work and determination. Creating the perfect abs and booty can be achieved and realised.
We ladies want to look like Jennifer Lopez, coco, Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj etc but maybe don't have the curves, that can be gotten and achieved. Booty now is a trend, every guy wants his lady to have what we call junk in the trunk. Let's face it,  having an ass gives any outfit you put on the perfect hour glass figure we have always desired, same goes with abs.

There are also foods that are needed to help support this cause:
1.enough protein
2.lots of water
3.right amount of calories to feel the booty
4.vegetables and no junk food required here, and one thing you can't do without is
5.rest, always make sure to give yourself that after the exercises so as to let the muscles heal.
Follow these steps and get ready to start showing off your abs and booty in bikini wears and figure hugging clothing.
